License to Carry by Mark Myers

Mark Myers is a certified License to Carry (LTC) Instructor in the State of Texas and has a lifetime of experience training others in the proper safety and use of firearms. He is an NRA Instructor, former Police Instructor, Master Peace Officer and County Judge with over 20 years of criminal justice and law enforcement experience. The LTC professionally developed curriculum uses multiple training techniques and aides to help students learn the material and retain the content.
